Over two decades of working alongside nonprofit leaders, we’ve learned that meaningful impact is achieved through trust, curiosity, and long-term partnership.

We invest in relationships

Our time is spent listening to nonprofit leaders, understanding their visions and real-world challenges, and developing a deep understanding of the people they work with and the communities they serve.

We look for visionary leaders

The best outcomes are achieved when game-changing ideas and powerful passions are rooted in on-the-ground understanding. That’s why we seek out people with vision, lived experience, and the entrepreneurial spirit to build transformative solutions.

We amplify ingenuity

These are unique leaders driven by deep community connection and entrepreneurial energy. Through partnership, encouragement, and organizational support, we help translate that ingenuity into resilient organizations.

We strengthen organizations

Lasting impact requires strong organizations that continue to learn and evolve. We help leaders develop the core organizational capabilities needed for long-term resilience.

We value depth over breadth

We invest in a small number of leaders and organizations where deep partnership can make the deepest impact.

What is a game-changing idea?

“It’s when an organization, especially a small or emerging one, demonstrates the potential to create human impact that exceeds the status quo in some meaningful way. This focus brings important innovation into sectors where it's sorely needed and it’s hard for me to imagine work that’s more important than that.”

Evaluation & Impact

Reemprise strives to amplify ingenuity by growing capability and connection. This effort is grounded in both our proprietary Capability-Ingenuity and Kinship frameworks, which we use not only to evaluate, but improve our work.

We help our partners build their own evaluation and learning practice, which is a critical capability of a thriving organization.

  • To advance this learning, we work with our partners one-on-one considering the unique circumstances of their work and organizational structure while focusing on usability.

  • Our goal is to help establish and integrate a sustainable evaluation practice, complement the work with best practice research, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Evaluation and learning is fully-integrated into our grant-making practice but we take it further than our current partners. By sharing broadly with the nonprofit community, we go beyond the grant and offer relevant tools and practices across a breadth of relationships.
